How to place an order?

1. Fill up and submit the order form

2. Check your provided email for invoice

3. Send payment proof after payment has been made

4. A confirmation email containing your order details will be sent to you 

5. An email containing postage proof will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

How to customize a bracelet?

1.. Check the names of the beads/spacers/charm that you would like to be used for your bracelet

(we have a catalogue under the order tab if you are unsure of the names)

only matte and smooth onyx, blue sandstone (galaxy), howlite and lava stone beads can be used for bracelets' majority beads

2. Indicate clearly on order form as to how you would like to customize the bracelet(s)

3.. Request if you would like to see the customized bracelet(s) before it is mailed out

How long does it take for the order to be mailed out?

Please allow 2-3 days for items to be made and mailed out when we have lesser orders at hand.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?

Within Singapore:

Normal mail: 2-6 working days from the day I mail out the bracelets! (Usually takes 2-3 working days and only 6 working days if there is a delay over at singpost side)        we're sorry in advance :(

SmartPac: 1-3 working days from the day I mail! Tracking number will be sent to the email provided by you. :) 

*you are required to receive the items at your doorstep. If there is nobody at home to receive it, the parcel would be delivered to letterbox instead*

A.M. mail: Next day delivery from the day I mail out the bracelet(s). No tracking number!

​

International (registered):

Please allow 2-5 days for bracelets to be made and shipped out after order has been placed.

Tracking number will be sent to you after the items have been shipped.

You may amend your order as long as we have yet to make your bracelet(s). :)

What kind of packaging are the bracelets packed in?

Each purchase comes with a complimentary box, you can purchase additional boxes for the cost of SGD1..50 each. (Please indicate in the order form if you are interested in purchasing additional boxes)

 

Providing an exact wrist measurement or using the rough gauge size chart - Which is better? 

We would recommend providing an exact wrist measurement for a nicer fit. :)

Is there any way to get my bracelets made ASAP as I need it urgently?

Yes, we are able to make and mail out your bracelets 2-3 days after payment proof has been received for an additional cost of SGD3.

Do you sell your bracelets in bulks?

Due to limited stock, we do not wholesale our bracelets, sorry! :(

Will you be able to show me my customized bracelet before mailing it out?

Yes, we are able to do so upon request.. :)

Will you be providing postage proof?

Yes :) we will send an email to your provided email address once we have shipped your order.

Are the strings of the bracelet elastic?

Yes, they are. :)
