• Please ensure that order details such as address and size measurements are stated correctly in the invoice before making payment.

• As no two beads are alike, please allow some variation in beads' patterns and colours.

• Payment has to be made within 48 hours or order will be automatically cancelled.

• We are not liable for any lost mail. You are strongly encouraged to opt for SmartPac. 

• Do note that prices are fixed unless there are any ongoing promotions which will be stated in the order form! :)
